Cleaning accessories soiled with ink is an integral part of the daily work process in pad printing. It is therefore important to have the right cleaning products. This not only motivates employees, but also ensures shorter cleaning times.
At Teca-Print, you can obtain suitable cleaning fluids for manual cleaning and for use in our washing and cleaning machines. We also have other tried-and-tested tools such as lint-free cloths in our range.
Depending on which cleaning or washing equipment you use, the cleaning fluid used must fulfil certain specifications, e.g. regarding flash point. The chosen cleaning fluid also decisively influences the general cleaning performance. We will be happy to advise you on the selection of the suitable cleaning agent.
We have adapted the container sizes of our cleaning media to the respective intended use. For example, we generally supply cleaning fluids for manual cleaning in 1 litre or 5 litre cans.
Cleaners for manual or automatic washing devices are available in canisters of 25 litres or 30 litres to suit the device. All-purpose cleaners are available in all sizes.

Our lint-free cloths are suitable for many applications. Regardless of whether you use the cloths to rub or dry cleaned objects, or to wipe paint directly from the cliché, ink cup or other surfaces with a lint-free cloth soaked in thinner, the cloth should always be to hand.
Cleaning also includes skin care products. For example, use our “liquid glove” before coming into contact with ink. This not only protects your skin, but also makes cleaning of skin which had contact to inks easier.
Alternatively or in combination, we recommend our hand cleansing gel and the special skin protection cream for after-work care.
All items are optimised for pad printing.
We are also happy to provide you with various types of gloves. We can supply you with high-quality disposable gloves, our green, robust reusable gloves or, of course, thinner-resistant gloves for use in manual cleaning equipment.
