Development work is an integral part of our daily work at Teca-Print. We see ourselves as a service provider and our primary goal is to offer you a technically advanced solution that is perfectly suited to your application at all times.
We are your competent partner for new and existing applications, regardless of whether they involve complex automation or single-colour printing at a manual workstation.
Our expertise is as diverse as our product range. As we cover all areas that are important in pad printing, we can offer you a well thought-out, sophisticated complete solution.
The security and stability of your process is our top priority. We also automate existing processes, or use the possibilities for optimisation in pad printing and adding digital interfaces: are you familiar with our myTeca-Print app, do you use the remote maintenance option or do you use vision systems? We can advise you and turn your ideas into reality.
Printing pads are the centrepiece of our printing process. We develop our pad shapes ourselves. For special applications, close co-operation is required between pad production, the graphics department, application technology and design. We produce all printing pads ourselves and are constantly testing silicone compositions.
We are also innovative with clichés: our graphics and sampling departments work closely together and continuously test new cliché materials. In our in-house cliché production facility, we can produce all types of clichés suitable for pad printing for you. Cutting service for polymer and thin steel clichés included.

Integration into production lines and digitalisation

Technical progress accompanies us unstoppably. The components of a production line as well as the individual components are also subject to this change. At the same time, new possibilities are being added. At Teca-Print, we see it as our duty to implement both the changes and the new technical options. That is why we are constantly reviewing, developing or replacing existing components. We analyse processes and integrate new technical options.
Most of our pad printing systems are now equipped with important additional components such as vision systems for print image or position control. Many of these new options contribute to increased productivity and process reliability, which is why we stay tuned and are committed to technical progress.
Our machines and modules have modern communication options and can be flexibly integrated into automation lines. We do not view our machines in isolation, but see them as part of the overall printing process.
As a manual workstation, the pad printing machine must offer user-friendly control; as part of an automation line, it must be able to actively interact with a wide range of components. Thanks to our competent in-house software team, we can react flexibly to your wishes and requirements and offer you modern software with the appropriate functions.

A very important part of our research and development work is enabling new areas of application in pad printing. For example, the development of new media that can be transferred by pad printing or the combination with other printing or coating processes opens up new possibilities for pad printing. Examples include the field of “printed electronics”, in which conductive pastes are transferred, or the combination of masking in pad printing and subsequent PVD coating.
Our team is always open to new contacts. We are proactive and committed to new possibilities. Technical pad printing complements decorative pad printing and new creative and technical ideas will continue to expand the application possibilities in the future.
