Ring blade removal device
Ink cups are among the most important, but also the most sensitive accessories in pad printing. The AV pneumatic ring blade removal device ensures that the ring blade is professionally removed from the cup casing. It is available in two sizes.
With the ring blade removal device, the ring blade and ink cup housing are separated from each other at the touch of a button in a way that is absolutely gentle on the product. Indentations on the blade or ink cup, which can cause leaks and therefore unclean removal of the cliché, are avoided and the service life of the ink cup and cliché is extended.

Environmental cabinet
For us at Teca-Print, protecting our environment is a key concern. However, solvents are simply part of pad printing, even if the formulations of the products are constantly being adapted in favour of the environment and health.
Teca-Print offers the environmental cabinet for the safe storage of pad printing inks and other hazardous substances.
The environmental cabinet is equipped with two hinged doors. Perforated rosettes in the doors ensure ventilation.
With a height of 1950 mm and a width of 930 mm, the environmental cabinet offers generous storage space. The environmental enclosure is stove-enamelled in light grey RAL 7035.

alternatively available as a premium version with a total of 4 polyethylene polymer trays, which can be placed on the galvanised, height-adjustable shelves and removed for cleaning
