Pad fastening
Teca-Print offers you an extensive and versatile range of pad holders, pad cones as well as clamps and stop clamps. The options for attaching the pad to the pad holder are just as varied.
The machine size and pad size must always be taken into account when selecting the pad holder and the type of attachment.

Pad holders with M6 threaded pin
An M6 thread is included in the centre of the shaft of almost all our printing pads.
Our pad holders are designed to fit this thread and have a corresponding threaded pin. This allows you to fasten your printing pad quickly and easily by screwing the threaded pin into the pad base.
If an M6 thread in the base is not possible, you can fasten the pad precisely with three small countersunk screws.
Magnetic pad holders
Thanks to the magnetic pad holder, you can remove the printing pad from the pad holder in seconds and fasten a new pad. The printing pads are fitted with a magnetic base plate, which is then simply clicked into the pad holder. This only takes a few seconds and printing can continue immediately.
Magnetic pad holders are particularly suitable for round printing pads.
Pad holders for tool-free assembly
There is a possibility without tools: Teca-Print offers exclusive pad holders for tool-free assembly for anyone who doesn’t want to have any tools to hand at their workplace.
Thanks to sophisticated technology, the printing pads can be inserted and fixed precisely.

Pad holders with thread
Our standard pad holders are screwed onto the pad cone.
Screw-on pad holders are available in different heights and versions. Smaller printing pads can be screwed directly to the holder with the “mini” pad holder using the M6 thread. Narrow and centric pad holders are also available, in which the pad is attached either by thread or screws.
Pluggable pad holders
Especially for our smaller pad printing machines, we often use pad cones to which the printing pad are simply plugged. Several versions are available.
The “mini” pad holder is used very frequently, where the printing pads are screwed onto the holder using the M6 thread. Alternatively, centric, eccentric and narrow pad holders are available in the pluggable version at various heights.
Slide suppprts, clamps and stop clamps
For a flexible arrangement of the printing pads, pad holder bars with a sliding support or clamps are available. The pad cone is attached to these. Stop clamps are used to ensure that the identical position is found again quickly and reliably when the pad and holder are removed.
