The electromechanical TPX 550 pad printing machine features high-performance technology and can be used flexibly for a wide range of applications. Equipped with the open inking system, the machine is driven by three servomotors. It is easy to operate via the coloured touch screen.
The integrated technology enables adjustments of the cliché holder in the x- and rotation axis as well as horizontally and vertically infinitely adjustable pad positions.
The TPX 550 achieves maximum flexibility thanks to its large pad carriage outreach, high printing force and, of course, the enormous variety of available peripherals, such as automatic pad cleaning, the shifting table or the Transfert Carré.
The TPX 550 pad printing machine can be equipped with a full length cliché or with individually adjustable clichés for each colour. Combinations are also possible.

Different pad shapes are used depending on the print image. The number of colours does not always correspond to the number of printing pads. Our machines can be flexibly equipped and therefore offer ideal conditions for every application.
