The TPX 552 pad printing machine is our largest series machine with a closed inking system and lateral ink cup movement. It is driven by three servomotors and therefore enables a highly flexible printing process.
The TPX 552 is particularly suitable for elongated print images. Operation is user-friendly via a coloured touchscreen.
Thanks to the cliché holder, which can be adjusted in the x and rotation axes, and the pad position, which can be infinitely adjusted horizontally and vertically, the TPX 552 has complete adjustment options in all directions.
The TPX 552 is often installed in systems and impresses with a very high printing force and a large pad carriage outreach. Thanks to its high printing accuracy, it is also suitable for applications that require perfect precision.
Integrated pad cleaning is available and enables maximum utilisation of the cleaning tape by means of cleaning offset.
The TPX 552 can be equipped as a single colour or as a two colour machine and is particularly suitable for elongated print images. The ink cups move sideways over the cliché.
The TPX 552 is often used in automated systems due to its high printing force and wide range of technical options. Our employees take care of professional assembly and installation.
It is not mandatory that the print image is elongated. The TPX 552 offers countless possibilities with its lateral sliding ink cup.
