BriX printing pads
BriX printing pads only contain encapsulated oil which make them superdry.
Thanks to the special components used in BriX printing pads, the mechanical resistance and hardness are especially high.
Due to the encapsulated oil, the printing pads quality BriX stand out from all other silicone qualities. No unwanted marks remain on the printing surface, not even on glossy substrates.
BriX printing pads are available in various shapes and two different hardnesses. After a short activation time, they are ready to use.
Available hardnesses
We produce BriX printing pads in the following hardnesses for you:
- approx. 54 Shore 00 Si
- approx. 64 Shore 00 Si
BriX printing pads have a characteristic brick-red colour.
Each BriX printing pad is given a 4-digit number. The tampon number is preceded by the letter “T”. The pad number is moulded into the silicone and can therefore be read on the printing pad.
The pad number is followed by a hyphen and the letter “B” for BriX. This is followed by the hardness. The hardness of existing printing pads can also be read on the pad base.
Example:
The BriX printing pad with shape 10 in hardness 54 Shore 00 Si has the part number: T0010-54.
